One of 2017's top defensive ends listed the Texas Longhorns in his top five back in February, but the 'Horns didn't make the cut for his new top three.
Who are the Top 3 for #ESPN300 No. 5 & Under Armour @AllAmericaGame DE Robert Beal? That would be #Alabama #FloridaState & #UGA

Robert Beal, a 6'4, 230-pound defensive end from Norcross, Georgia, had included Texas in his top five along with Florida State, N.C. State, Alabama and South Carolina.
Interestingly, UGA didn't make the cut then, but Beal now has the Bulldogs on his top trio, with Texas, N.C. State and South Carolina on the outside looking in. The four-star recruit committed to Notre Dame Nov. 1 only to decommit four months later.
Based on a later tweet from Hamilton, Beal is still interested in the 'Horns.
@rvasquez0501 Not in Top 3, but #Texas is in top 5-6. Will be making trips in June to schools
