The top-ranked 2019 player in Kansas is now on Texas’ radar, as Wichita Northwest (Kan.) weak-side defensive end Marcus Hicks announced an offer from the Longhorns on Sunday.

A four-star prospect, Hicks’ Texas offer becomes his ninth to date, along with invitations from Oklahoma, Oklahoma State, Kansas State and Nebraska, among others.
Hicks becomes the fourth 2019 weak-side defensive end target to pick up a Texas offer.
In three games this season, Hicks has tallied 21 total tackles, 5.5 tackles for loss and three sacks.
The 6-foot-5, 235-pound Hicks is ranked as the nation’s No. 244 player, No. 18 weak-side defensive end and the No. 1 player in Kansas, per the 247Sports Composite rankings.
