After much of the Texas Longhorns class put pen to paper in December during the early signing period, head Tom Herman and the ‘Horns put the finishing touches on the nation’s No. 3 class and the No. 1 class in the Big 12 during National Signing Day on Wednesday.
A 27-man recruiting haul that features a pair of five-star prospects, 17 four-star prospects, and 12 of the top 20 plays in Texas, per the 247Sports Composite, Herman’s first full recruiting cycle brings the deepest and most talented class the ‘Horns have seen since 2012.
At 2:00 p.m. CT on Longhorn Network, Herman will give his thoughts on his first full recruiting class at Texas that trails only Georgia and Ohio State in the national rankings.
You can follow along as Herman addresses the media and discusses the 2018 Texas class here.
