Several high-level out-of-state prospects have flocked to the Forty Acres this weekend to unofficially visit the Texas Longhorns.

Some of the top talent the state of Texas has to offer has been sprinkled into that mix, as well, and among those is elite Converse Judson defensive tackle DeMarvin Leal, who is making an unofficial visit to Texas on Saturday, per The Football Brainiacs.

A four-star prospect, Leal named the Longhorns in his top five on Jan. 4, along with Alabama, Texas A&M, Clemson and Oklahoma State.

Leal, who has already visited the Longhorns previously, is aiming to make an official visit to Texas this spring, as well. With Leal aiming for a summer commitment, Texas hosting Leal for numerous visits in short order could play off in the form of a pledge when that time comes.

To date, Texas owns 60 percent of Leal’s Crystal Ball projections, but Alabama and Texas A&M loom as legitimate threats, although the Longhorns should like where they stand in Leal’s recruitment.

A versatile 6’4, 280-pound interior prospect, Leal is ranked as the nation’s No. 104 player, No. 7 defensive tackle and the No. 15 player in Texas, per the 247Sports Composite.
