A four-star prospect, Withers now holds 15 total offers with invitations stemming from Louisville, UConn, Florida, Kansas State, N.C. State, Virginia and Xavier, among others.
Withers is now one of four 2019 small forwards with a Longhorns offer, and the entire bunch hails from outside of Texas. Withers also becomes the third North Carolina native to notch a Texas offer this cycle, joining Fayetteville Trinity Christian School forward Greg Gantt and and elite Arden Chris School combo guard Jalen Lecque.
A 6-foot-8, 212-pound prospect, Withers is ranked as the nation’s No. 61 player, the No. 16 small forward and the No. 4 player in North Carolina, per the 247Sports Composite.
