While touring the Forty Acres for Junior Day, 2021 in-state wide reciever Quaydarius Davis notched an offer from the Texas Longhorns, he announced on Twitter.
Davis’ Texas offer pushes his invitation total to 10, with the Longhorns joining Florida, Ole Miss, Oregon, Oklahoma State, and Houston among those in the mix.

Currently unranked, Davis is a product of Dallas Skyline, which has produced numerous Longhorns in the past, with the most recent example being former linebacker Anthony Wheeler, who amassed 50 appearances and 29 starts throughout the past four seasons. More notably as it pertains to Davis’ recruitment, Dallas Skyline is the alma mater of Texas assistant Rashaad Samples, whose father coached at Skyline before moving on to Duncanville.

With his Texas offer in hand, Davis becomes just the sixth 2021 wide receiver prospect to add an invitation from the Longhorns. The entire bunch hails from Texas.
A 6’0, 193-pound pass catcher, Davis hauled in 29 receptions for 702 yards and eight touchdowns as a sophomore.
