Two of the top 275 talents in the 2020 class are set to tour the Forty Acres this weekend, as the Texas Longhorns will host Houston Cy Creek outside linebacker Josh White and Fort Bend Austin wide receiver Troy Omeire, according to All-En Sports founder Justin Allen.

The more highly-touted target of the two, as he’s currently ranked as the nation’s No. 72 player, per the 247Sports Composite, Omeire has visited Texas multiple times, including trips to Austin throughout the 2018 season to take in Texas’ wins over Baylor and Iowa State. This weekend, however, will mark the four-star pass-catchers first Texas visit of 2019, and it will serve as an essential opportunity for Tom Herman and the Horns to amass some momentum in this recruitment, as each of Omeire’s five Crystal Ball picks favor Texas A&M.

Omeire is one of only seven uncommitted wide receiver prospects with a Texas offer, though the Longhorns did recently land a pledge from four-star Saint Louis (Mo.) Trinity Catholic product Mookie Cooper.

White, on the other hand, will be making his second Texas visit of the year.

Also a four-star prospect currently ranked as the nation’s No. 256 player and No. 19 outside linebacker, White is a former Oklahoma State commit who re-opened his recruitment at the tail end of January, less than two weeks after visiting Texas on Jan. 19. However, White didn’t add an offer from the the Longhorns until Feb. 26, so his upcoming weekend visit will be his first with a Texas offer in hand.

Texas is yet to land a pledge from a linebacker prospect this cycle, and White’s only Crystal Ball pick projects that he’ll land with the Longhorns.
