The Texas Longhorns have presented their second quarterback offer in the 2021 recruiting cycle and he resides in the Golden State.
Monday evening, rising junior quarterback Jake Garcia, from Harbor City (Calif.) Narbonne, officially became a Texas target as he took to Twitter to announce his latest offer from the Longhorns.

The consensus four-star gunslinger is already garnering considerable interest from high-major programs, owning 22 offers. Alabama, Florida, Georgia, LSU, Nebraska, Ohio State, Oregon, and USC are a few prominent programs Texas will join in the running for Garcia, the No. 3 pro-style passer in his class.
Texas has offered just one other 2021 quarterback thus far in the form of Parish Episcopal signal-caller Preston Stone.
Garcia made a visit to the Forty Acres last November and could possibly be a prospect they see back in Austin sometime down the road. The California product is a Nebraska Cornhusker legacy and they currently hold a 247Sports Crystal Prediction for Garcia.
