15 programs have placed offers on the table for Columbia (Mo.) Rock Bridge weak-side defensive end Jalen Logan-Redding, but fewer than a full handful remain in the mix.
On Wednesday, the three-star edge rusher took to Twitter to announce his top four options, and the Texas Longhorns remain alive and well, alongside Oklahoma State, Kansas, and Missouri.
I want to thank God and every school that took the time to invest in me in the recruitment process, but at this time I feel it is best that I focus on the schools pictured below. Commitment Coming Soon....#Blessings @DesignerH0bby pic.twitter.com/mtVSglmhUr

Iowa State, Kansas State, Nebraska, Notre Dame, and Purdue were among the other programs in pursuit of Logan-Redding’s services.
Logan-Redding added his Longhorns offer on March 31, and he’s reciprocated that interest make making multiple trips to Austin, including an unofficial visit last weekend for Texas’ Heat Wave pool party event.

Given that only Logan-Redding has trimmed his recruitment to just four finalists, Texas appears to be set to ultimately welcome him once more; the next time around for an official visit.
To date, his only Crystal Ball pick favors Missouri, but Texas has enjoyed success recruited the state, as Marcus Washington (2019), Ayodele Adeoye (2018), and Daniel Carson (2018) are each Missouri natives. The same can be said for JUCO product Jacoby Jones, though Texas recruited him out of Butler C.C. in Kansas.
As a junior, the 6’4, 235-pound Logan-Redding amassed 62 tackles, 21 tackles for loss, eight sacks, and forced four fumbles. He’s currently ranked as the nation’s No. 699 player and No. 26 weak-side defensive end, per the 247Sports Composite.
