August is upon us, which means 2020 scholarship offers can now officially become official.
To that end, Tom Herman and the Texas Longhorns began the month by extending official offers to various commits and key targets, which have since taken to Twitter to announce that they have officially been offered the opportunity to take their talents to the burnt orange nation.
