The Texas Longhorns are looking towards the future of the offense, as four-star 2022 wide receiver Luther Burden notched an offer Friday from the Longhorns.

The 6-foot, 180-pound receiver out of Cardinal Ridder College Prep (St. Louis, MO) is just the third wide receiver offered by the Longhorns in the 2022 class, joining Caleb Burton and Armani Winfield as sophomores with offers. He is also one of just two out of state offers extended by the Longhorns thus far in the 2022 class.

Burden’s recruitment will be hotly-contested, with the sophomore currently holding 24 offers, including the Georgia Bulldogs, the Oklahoma Sooners and the home-state Missouri Tigers.
