Aside from maybe the late Steve Jobs or David Foster Wallace, there's really no commencement speaker cooler than Texas Longhorns basketball coach Shaka Smart. Above, you can watch the famous coach's entire 15-minute speech to the UT history department.
In it, he shares life lessons both from the hard court and the classroom, including those taught by his mother and others picked up during his own college experience, as well as the five core values that he shares with his own players.

If you're wondering why Smart addressed the history graduates, it's partly because he majored in history himself at Kenyon College. Not only that, Smart gave the speech on his 10th wedding anniversary.
